By downloading or using Medicine Cabinet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of the App

Medicine Cabinet is designed to help users organize medication schedules, reminders, inventory, and history. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all medication information, scanned results, reminder schedules, quantities, and history entries for accuracy. Do not rely on the app as your only source of medication instructions.

Emergency and Medical Decisions

Do not use Medicine Cabinet for emergencies. Contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Always follow instructions from your prescriber, pharmacist, or healthcare professional.

Notifications

Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable due to device settings, operating system behavior, Focus modes, battery conditions, network conditions, or other factors. You remain responsible for taking medication as directed.

Scanning Accuracy

Prescription scanning may produce incomplete or incorrect results. You must review and correct scanned information before saving or relying on it.

Premium Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases tied to the purchasing Apple Account, subject to Apple's policies.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Medicine Cabinet is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LumaStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including missed or incorrect medication reminders.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
