Why did a medication reminder not appear?
Confirm that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings, the medication reminder is enabled, and the scheduled time is in the future. Low Power Mode and Focus settings can also affect how notifications are displayed.
Why is the prescription scanner not recognizing a label?
Use bright, even lighting, hold the bottle 8–12 inches away, keep the medication name and strength inside the frame, and slowly rotate the bottle so the full label can be read.
How does Medicine Cabinet protect prescription information?
The scanner is designed to process text on your device. The source image and raw prescription-label text are not retained after scanning. Always review scanned details before saving.
Why are Premium products unavailable?
Premium availability depends on the App Store, your region, network connection, and whether the products are available for your Apple Account. Try again later or use Restore Purchases.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Medicine Cabinet, go to Settings, select Medicine Cabinet Premium, and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Can I get medical advice from Medicine Cabinet?
No. Medicine Cabinet is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Follow instructions from your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
